Over the years, I have bought several units of a well-known brand of water flossers. They were effective for as long as they lasted. However, no matter how thoroughly I tried to empty them and dry them off, they always leaked and left a puddle on the counter. The Coslus is also effective. In fact, at its High ("Clean") setting, the spray is more powerful than my previous ones. New users might want to get used to the "Soft" setting for a while first. The Coslus has a larger water reservoir than my previous units, so it can be filled for a longer session if desired. And, as long as I carefully dry off the outside after using, I never find a puddle on my counter the next morning!
I love this flosser because it holds a charge, and is just right for me on the gentle cleaning mode. It is powerful, and holds a charge for at least a week. It is easy to fill in the sink with the side valve option, I just put my finger over the top opening, and now I don't have to use the bathtub spout to fill my flosser! It's super easy to snap off the water tank and air dry the whole unit to avoid mold, which I've found to be a problem with other models. I use the plug from my tablet to charge it through the USB cord provided, but know that it does not come with plug. Just check the voltage and make sure you're not zapping it too high with an adapter that is too much for it. It charges very quickly, like in an hour or so. So far, so good!
